Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide the joint-ownership for decisions & issues encountered by Processing Team(s) including but not limited to the areas of operational procedures, resourcing, KPIs, service experience.
  • Manage and align Processing Team(s) towards the strategic goals and desired service experience from AIA Singapore and/or POS, including but not limited to support for marketing campaigns, processing/system improvement initiatives etc.
  • Spearhead or participate in operational improvements to enhance the service delivery from Processing Team(s), following LEAN 6 Sigma principles or otherwise
  • Drive the consistent achievement of the KPIs set for the Processing Team(s)
  • Promote the intra team and inter team culture of working together and helping AIA Singapore and/or POS achieve its stated mission statement.

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in (1) POS operations or (2) Customer Service
  • Candidates with strong background in process improvements may be considered. Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Good written, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and work within tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office
