Manager, Organizational Development & Culture

This role is responsible to drive and deliver AIA's organisational development efforts in creating a strong culture of innovation and risk aligned with business strategic goals of being a digitally enabled and data driven organisation. In addition, the role will conceptualise, develop and drive internal communication and change management efforts to support the various HR programs and initiatives as we transform and modernise the way employees work in AIA.


Your Responsibilites: 

  • Develop a clear roadmap and plan in building a strong culture within the organization so as to deliver towards our employee promise and creating a strong culture of innovation and risk. Leverage on employee feedback, data analytics and budget management as a basis to shape the engagement plan, maximize impact, cost efficiency and continuously evaluate success.
  • Identify and design a range of employee activities, events and programs to support the organization development efforts
  • Develop and streamline internal communication through a structured enterprise wide communication plan that will take into consideration the various HR programs and initiatives; leveraging on all possible communication channels and platforms to ensure employees’ clear understanding and alignment of our business directions and priorities
  • Conceptualize and create organization messages and content content for the various digital and non-digital internal communication platform such as Workplace, Employee Portal, printed collaterals etc to drive home the organizational transformation efforts
  • Drive change management efforts as part of the digital HCM transformation in ensuring that we support the employees through the digital change journey
  • Act as the HR Advisor to the staff engagement committee (AIA Live!) to provide the steer in ensuring that the programs and activities are aligned to support the overall organizational and people strategies.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University Degree preferably in HR, Business Administration, Org Development, Psychology.
  • Experience in Change Management for large scale digital projects will be a plus.
  • Has a passion and curiosity of what motivates, engages and retains employees, and will use this to shape organizational development program
  • Ability to conceptualize and advise at the organization wide level on the interventions, programs required in driving the transformation efforts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at the employee and senior leadership levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently and proactively implement effective and innovative solutions to promote new ideas and foster creative thinking.
  • Resourceful, constantly keeps updated with market development and holds extensive network with external providers and partners.
  • Highly motivated with an enthusiasm for employee engagement and a desire to seek out new ways to engage with employees.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
