As an intern in the Business Process Re-engineering team, you will be trained in Lean Six Sigma and practice this renowned methodology in your work. You will also learn how Robotics Process Automation (RPA) works, and how to adopt a data-driven approach to determine effectiveness and benefits of solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo AIA Lean Practitioner Training
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping and Waste identifications for the assigned project
  • Brainstorm and ideate using DMAIC methodology to improve processes
  • Test and validate the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions whether it is meeting defined user requirements
  • Process Review using Lean Methodology
  • Perform validation test on RPA Task Bots and document the test results
  • Perform data collection to determine and confirm the benefits of the implemented bot
