Assistant Manager/Executive, Claims (Corporate Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and decide on claim settlements and approve within authority limit
  • Ensure all queries are responded in a timely manner
  • Work closely with brokers/agents/corporate clients on claims matters/enquiries/complaints
  • Liaise with healthcare providers and CPF Board
  • Present to brokers/agents/corporate clients on claims processes
  • Involve in projects as and when assigned


Key Requirements

  • Min Diploma with at least 2 years of insurance claims experience 
  • CGI and Health Insurance certification preferred
  • Good claims assessment knowledge and good communication skills
