Build & maintain effective professional working relationships with distributors through operations and system/process improvements to support distribution channels. Work closely with various Departments (Local & Regional), to ensure smooth operations handling, in order to meet the agreed Service Level Agreements

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Data generation of management reports for External Partners (Distributors) & Internal stakeholders (Regional & Local teams) in terms of sales, productivity regulatory etc:
    • Generate timely and accurate reporting for management information/analysis
    • Generate performance management reports and regulatory reports
    • Build & design reporting tools and reports
  • Manage all commission, campaigns and incentives payout and recovery in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Report & resolve commission and reporting queries arising from day-to-day operations and UAT
    • Responsible for generating accurate and time sensitive reports for commission compensation to distributors.
  • Responsible for budget and forecast exercise across 5 channels
  • Responsible to streamline workflow processes, report automation and system enhancements.
  • Responsible for project user requirements and user acceptance testing (UAT) initiatives for systems enhancement projects, new partner set-up, compensation and frontend systems etc., and ensure successful implementation.
  • Handle MAS/Internal Audit/Regional enquiries, surveys and audit matters.
  • Handle enquiries and feedback from Distributors.

 

Requirements:

  • Education – Degree with min. 3-5 years of experience, preferably in similar role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous
  • Good inter-personal, communication and problem solving skills
  • A team player who is able to work independently and proactively to plan and prepare work tasks in advance
