Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in administrative and operational duties
  • Prepare and process documents within deadlines
  • Handle internal and external enquiries when required
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor(s)

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A levels holder or Diploma
  • Prior admin experience would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
