  1. Assist BA Head to integrate the system requirement from back office and liaise with IT to develop the integrated solution
  2. Propose the benchmark for Shared Service Office option analysis
  3. Assist BA Head to develop the Financial Model of Shared Service Office
  4. Develop the management dashboard for the integrated Shared Service
  5. Make process analysis to propose best practice & to-be process model
  6. Work with Functions to develop the to-be process metric
  7. Assist BA Head to propose the HC allocation metric under new functional TOM
  8. Work with Function to develop the branch management policy & incorporate into new branch playbook
  9. Work as backup for any project activities



  1. University graduate or above
  2. Prior working experience in business analysis & planning of headquarter level will be preferred.
  3. Experience with project management is preferred
  4. Strong sense of business
  5. Good execution, excellent communication & interpersonal skill
  6. Sufficient industry knowledge with the capability to understand business model & operational process
  7. Strong PC office skill, especially in PPT and Excel
  8. Fluent in English and Mandarin
