Job Summary:

To assist department head in Planning and executing events and sales related campaigns in CHO level to align with the agency strategies and key focus. Supervising team members for good execution in event management, sales tools and communication skill.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist department head for annual sales related events planning 
  • Coordinate team resources and supervising team members to successful executing each initiative agreed by department head
  • Assist department head in events budget planning, and also ensure the cost spending is efficient and effective.
  • Development of advanced sales tools and agency communication platform (We Chat, Newsletter, AIA magazine and 资讯加油站)
  • Handle branches enquiries with related matters, such as CHO events, sales and communication tools etc.
  • People development


Job Requirements:

  • College graduated or above  preferably in Marketing or Advertising
  • Above 8 years in insurance industry
  • Solid marketing and promotion knowledge
  • Creativity and innovative thinking
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Computer software proficiencies and able to use English at work
  • Experienced in event organizing
