Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan and strategies sales activities and work closely with Agency Manager to achieve the company’s assigned FYP-production target inclusive of UL production.
  • Work with Agency Manager or organize recruitment activities to achieve regional’s Recruitment target.
  • Maximize distribution productivity and effectiveness by aligning initiatives to segmentation of agency force.
  • Act as a mediator or any agency related conflicts.  As an effective and efficient communicator between company & agency force.
  • Work closely with other departments (ie. Compensation, Sales Support, Sales Admin, Sales Academy,  Life Operations &  CSV) to resolve agents related matters/issues/appeals.
  • To develop and lead BDE and Admin Support in daily operation.
  • Planning and strategizing sales activities and working closely with Agency Managers to ensure the Company’s assigned production targets are achieved.
  • Working with the Agency Managers and organizing recruitment initiatives to achieve the regional recruitment target.
  • Maximizing distribution productivity and effectiveness by aligning initiatives to the segmentation of agency force.
  • Acting as a mediator in any agency-related conflicts.
  • Working closely with various departments to resolve agent-related matters.
  • Developing and leading Business Development Executives and Admin Support staff in daily operations.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably from Financial industry.

  • Strategic thinking skills with capability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and possessing problem solving skills.
