We are going through exciting times at AIA Australia and due to growth within the organisation the technology team are looking at automation opportunities to assist the rest of business and ensure they have the best experience and tools to support our valued customers and clients. You will be a hands-on developer and take a lead on everything webMethods related on both Project and BAU tasks.  

Technical Stack & Experience Required:

  • Strong webMethods experience version 9.9+
  • Strong Knowledge of JMS and PUB/SUB Pattern, EDI and B2B.
  • Strong API and Web services background, Web services performance
  • Good understanding on the principles of ESB, SOA, Event-Based programming.
  • Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Services.
  • Java development skills, SOAP and RESTful Webservices experience.
  • Testing on webMethods with LISA/Citrus/WMUnit and SOAPUI.
  • CI/CD for webMethods – Jenkins preferably

Highly desirable skills:

  • Backend Technologies: Java-JEE, Spring 3.0, Spring MVC
  • Application servers – IBM Websphere/ Weblogic/ JBoss
  • CI/CD  -Jenkins/Hudson/Bamboo
  • Build Tools  - Jenkins, Maven
  • Source Control – SVN, Git
  • DB  - DB2
