Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead in developing the SME Employee Benefit business with bank partner.
  • Conduct marketing activities & sales presentation to promote the product & secure sales for SME Employee Benefit plan.
  • Monitor & Evaluate execution plans with the Bank partner to achieve the required business objectives & sales results.
  • Provide pre-sales after sales support to bank SME customer to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Provide periodical sales report updates and follow up on claim matter till settlement.
  • Built and maintain strong working relationship with Bank staff, to achieve the desired sales target and business objective.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in marketing Bancasurance/ Insurance/Banking products.
  • Individual with Pre-Contract Examination (PCE) certification/ licenses will have an added advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate sales related activities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
