Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and strategizing sales activities, and working closely with agency members to ensure the Company’s assigned production targets are achieved.
  • Working with agency force, organizing recruitment initiatives and participating in recruitment activities to achieve the regional recruitment target.
  • Acting as a mediator in any agency-related conflicts.
  • Working closely with various departments to resolve agent-related matters.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the insurance or financial industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Organized and analytical.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
