Job Summary

The incumbent will assist in running primarily benefits programmes for Group Office, and contributes to development and implementation of rewards & benefits initiatives

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer Group Insurances and Group Medical Programme (Flexible Benefits Programme) from enrolment, movement, termination to bill settlement.  Support the annual renewal process.
  • Administer Rental Reimbursement Programme from enrolment, annual claim to termination 
  • Administer service anniversary cash award, gift cash payment, medical related deduction / refund, learning related reimbursement item in monthly payroll
  • Manage corporate credit card from application to cancellation
  • Liaise with external vendors for wellbeing programmes arrangement
  • Liaise with external vendors to explore new corporate discounts and maintain a regular update of existing offer
  • Liaise with AIA Corporate Solutions to promote Employee Insurance Purchase Programme and ensure employees are aware of AIA products
  • Participate in projects as assigned, eg, Benefit Review, new HRIS (Workday) implementation, Workforce Wellbeing Roadmap 

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business and/or Human Resources stream
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a sizable firm
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other employment related legislations is preferable
  • Be meticulous and able to work independent
