Job Summary

Monitors and develops efficient system and operations support to Operations functions and to support the company’s overall business strategic and operational goals.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitors and supports system modifications and UAT of Operations related systems as required for products, projects, campaigns and compliance
  • Drives and supports Services & Operations initiatives and Company strategic projects
  • Reviews training and development needs of subordinates and monitors the development progress
  • Conducts periodic audit in Operations functions and regular review guideline and procedure to improve operational efficiency

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 8 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Relevant operational knowledge in a life insurance company and markable experience in project management
  • Proficient communications and problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team building skills

 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
