Job Summary

Supports UAT to ensure the deliverables of digital platforms, such as PES, Customer Corner, AIA Connect, IVRS and etc. are able to achieve the highest level of productivity, operations efficiencies, quality and customer satisfaction.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Digital Platforms’ Planning, Implementation and Support

  • Support the UAT test for digital platforms’ development to achieve the highest level of productivity, operations efficiencies, quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Work closely with related parties from IT, OBS and etc. to verify the accuracy of UAT results;
  • Execute effective and timely UAT test to ensure the enhancement on digital platforms implementation and ongoing maintenance are in place;
     

Other responsibilities

  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements

 

Job Requirements

  •  
  • Tertiary education graduate in any discipline, or secondary education graduate with 1 years working experience.
  • Hands-on experience in digital platform support.
  • Basic insurance and pension knowledge would be definitely an advantage.
