Job Summary

  • Leads the Distribution stream for AIA Vitality including budgeting and performance monitoring. Contributes to the development and implementation of business strategies to facilitate business growth
  • Planning, leading, executing and delivering strategies designed to support our Corporate Vitality clients to promote Vitality engagement of their employees/ members
  • Collaborating with Corporate Solutions department to generate Corporate Vitality to distribution channels and Corporate Clients
  • Identify Voluntary Solutions opportunities while implementing Corporate Vitality

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Grow Business

  • Drives sales through the collaboration of Corporate Solutions sales teams and performs effective distribution management
  • Communicates with management on sales direction, objectives and strategies to ensure all plans and directions are aligned with the company planning.
  • Motivates, coordinates and closely supports Corporate sales teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Manages communication including Memo & related sales materials
  • Drives operating efficiencies
  • Work closely with different stakeholders such as PSM, Marketing, Operations, IT & Group office to ensure sales activities of AIA Vitality in Hong Kong & Macau is aligned with company direction

     

Other Responsibilities

  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by department head in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

     

Team operation and management

  • Develop staff and to build team’s engagement and empowerment
  • Select and manages different external vendors to ensure high quality deliverables at good value
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business people, including business partners, both at a strategic and operational level

 

Job Requirements

  • University/College graduate plus at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Thorough knowledge in insurance business environment and insurance products
  • With practical experience in sales and marketing, sales agency or brokerage experience is preferable
  • Good public speaking and communication skills
  • Good networking and relationship building skills and the ability to interact with confidence with different cultures, levels and functions across the business.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Multi-tasking
  • Positive, passionate, flexible, self-motivated, dynamic, innovative team leader
  • Strategic, creative and able to think out of the box
  • Excellent people management skill
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership skill: coach, develop and motivate others
