Reporting Structure and Supervisory:
Working closely with Chief Agency Officer, Head of Exchange

 

Position Objective:

Exchange is the new Professional Full Time Agency Model of AIA Vietnam and it is the AIA strategy to scale up Exchange in the next few years. Among the priorities of Exchange: (1) industrialise recruitment (2) institute a tight management process

Plan, initiate and execute the scale up of Quality Recruitment to ensure achievement of business goals and high performance standard across Recruitment, Training and Activity Management, System and Pipeline Tracking

Coach (through role modelling) the entire management process after the candidate already on board, including the running of the morning meeting with teams/families of different scales, coaching and the managing of activities

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To plan and strategize overall sales activities based on business strategy
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of the business plans and take immediate remedial and tactical actions to ensure performance is achieved.
  • Organize recruitment activities to achieve new recruit and retention target as well as to build pipeline.
  • Conduct (and coach DOA/ADM) the daily activity management 
  • Maximize distribution productivity and effectiveness by aligning initiatives to segmentation of agency force 
  • Act as a mediator or any agency related conflicts (between company and agency force) 
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Marketing, NB, Claims, CSD and etc. to resolve agents and customers related matters/issues/appeals)  

 

Communication Requirements:

  • An excellent communicator in order to be able to communicate with the agency force and a self-motivated person.
  • Excellent time management, prioritizing, multi-tasking, organizational and communications skills at all levels.
  • Able to learn quickly, make effective decisions, keen instincts for problem resolution as an effective team member.
  • Determination to succeed and achieve targets and to move on to higher positions. Ability to influence others and lead the team whilst being an excellent team player.
  • Able to work well with key stakholders include the leaders (XPMs), and all support functions including IT, Marketing, Training

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5 years working experience as DOA working with AIA Quality Recruitment model - familiarity with all activities under AIA Quality Recruitment model, (bringing the sales and team management) 
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to think independently and able to handle tight deadlines in a high paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present recommendations to management as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders
