JOB SUMMARY

  • Operate Service Desk which includes receiving and replying inquiries & system support concerning ARIBA and Concur support – Level 1 scopes

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Service Desk enquiries and system support for ARIBA and CONCUR which focused on Level 1 support scopes. Also include administration and P2P business processes knowledge
  • Build process improvement which includes KPI measurements and support monitoring
  • Support reporting and statistics requirement for monthly / quarterly engagement meetings with business units
  • Assist Team Lead/Manager on orientation and training of general support procedures for new team members.
  • Act as the contact point for end users for other Procurement Support Operations standard requests
  • If such change in request requires a PCR, request super user to raise a PCR on FOCB SharePoint
  • For end user queries related to system errors or any unresolved queries, raise a PIR / PCR to Level 2 Admin Support team

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant disciplines, degree in IT will be an added advantageous

 

Experience

  • Possess knowledge on helpdesk / support procedures and operations
  • Functional knowledge in any SAP Solution Manager or SAP modules especially MM or Ariba Procurement will be advantageous.
  • 2 to 3 years working experience in IT environment or in an administrative or customer service role in other relevant environment will be advantageous.

 

Practical Skills/Abilities:

  • Possess good analytical, communication, presentation and soft skills
  • Able to communicate well in English. Other languages such as Cantonese, Korean and Mandarin will be advantageous.
  • Able to write clearly and concisely and work within tight deadlines
  • Able to work extended hours when necessary
  • Possess personal attributes such as maturity, interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative
  • Keen to learn, a team player and have good working attitude
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, Powerpoint, Access) skills
