Job Summary:

 

Support & work closely with Agency Leaders to develop full-time Financial Advisors (FA).

Training and Coach new Financial Advisors to achieve budgeted cases and FYP through the rapid development of their technical knowledge, service capabilities and selling skills.

Location : Saraburi or Bangkok

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze and monitor sales process (prospecting; appointment making; fact finding; designing a solution; presenting; closing) through AMS of all FAs assigned and provide regular training and coaching sessions to address identified need

  • Coach and develop FAs through regular joint field work in addition to activity/progress discussions and role plays

  • Consult and advise FAs in increasing sales, through objection handling and customer relationship building

  • Conduct weekly and monthly activity and productivity analysis reporting to Head of FA

  • Work with FAs and their Agency Leaders to monitor and address persistency levels

  • Support Agency Leaders in the selection and retention of their FAs

  • Develop sales stories, narration and role play sessions by product and market segment

  • Monitor, check and promote best practice in FHC usage

  • Source, develop and train best practices and model cases of successful FAs, agents and leaders within the region

     

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree

  • 18 months experience as insurance sales agent of Financial Planner and/or

  • 12 months as Agency Leader or Financial Planning Manager

  • Investment Consultant License / Single License (preferred)
