Job Summary:

The objective of the function is to drive adoption and usage of credit card for premium payments by AIAT’s customers. The focus is in getting the Agency Force (G.A. Office owners, Agency Leaders, Agents) equipped to accept credit card transaction from customers for the purpose of premium payments and to drive up the usage volume. The role also calls for close collaboration with Operational teams in getting the Agency Force equipped and ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with credit card liaison and other related departments to develop strategies and credit card campaigns in order to drive credit card usage and spending.
  • Drive credit card acquisition / usage and execute all credit card initiatives to Agency team. Develop communication plan, material and etc for agents.
  • Coordinate and lead agent training to promote the use of credit card for all channels e.g. mPos, iPos
  • Daily monitor credit card activity and supervise/solve credit card issue for agency
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience
  • Qualification in the insurance/ credit card field would be an advantage
  • Good leadership and people management skills
  • Good in public speaking, communication skills
  • Solid background in development of business plan, marketing plan and feasibility
  • Motivation skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Flexible hours of work and able to travel
  • Proficient with all MS Office application: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good in oral and written English
