Our People and Community team are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultant to join the existing team  

The purpose of this role is to drive and deliver proactive talent sourcing through a multi-channelled approach, contributing as a real business partner. Maintaining a fun and collaborative attitude to work you exhibit this through your proactive, fast paced and professional style. This role will be a mix of high volume operational positions and lower volume corporate services roles giving lots of variety and scope including some project work.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Partner with leaders across business units  and with the HR Business Partners to deliver a smooth well executed end to end recruitment process
  • Deliver recruitment plans within agreed timeframes
  • Have the ability to work in a quick response, fast paced, high volume environment  
  • Maintain a proactive and fluid approach to recruitment strategies and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Develop new strategies and standard tools for recruitment and enhance existing processes
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Market mapping, building talent pools and leveraging off candidate referrals will be critical for hard to fill roles as well as other proactive sourcing and attraction methods.

 

Experience required:

  • Previous experience within either an internal or external recruitment environment ideally within a corporate/financial services company (desirable not essential)
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Superior relationship skills including an ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels and gain buy-in quickly
  • Experience  tailoring recruitment solutions to individual stakeholders and understanding their needs to ensure best practice outcomes
